Immediate Openings for Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators
Mortgage Loan Originators will perform a wide range of functions to include the origination of mortgage loans. Will meet standards defined by management for mortgage sales. MLO is responsible for the mortgage loan from loan application to loan closing.
Skills
Customer service and strong people skills are a MUST. Computer literate. Comfortable working with technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
Education requirement, at minimum High school diploma or equivalent. Must have NMLS# and licensed or in the process of obtaining proper licensing.
- Establish referral contacts (realtors, builders, personal and professional)
- Manage and maintain pipeline for originated loans.
- Attend & complete residential lending trainings and meetings
- Complete required management reports.
- Maintain knowledge of available loan products, procedures, processing and underwriting guidelines.
- Follow Florida Mortgage Pros LLC policies and procedures.
- Review of applicants by taking a 1003 loan application.
- Collecting of loan documents and delivery of loan package within set time periods.
- Communicate with account executives and lender personnel regarding loan files.
- Adhere to strict guidelines regarding personal information protection.
- Consistent levels of customer service with the general public, lender reps and applicants.
